Founded in 2008, All About Home Care specializes in personal care to medically fragile adults/seniors that is in-home/residence based. Individual cares and needs can be expanded to and incorporated within the community.
Individual care can range from simple companionship to comprehensive personal, physical, social and environmental care to provide for a safe and coordinated “Plan of Care”.This holistic approach is rooted in providing a safe and independent environment.
All potential care recipients are evaluated in accord with their strengths and weaknesses, as they relate to ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) and IADL’s (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living). These are incorporated into the plan of care to optimize care and preserve and enhance abilities.

All of our Care Workers are qualified and trained to Care Certificate standard.

Our Services
Companion/Homemaker
Companion interactions range from light housekeeping including laundry, to meal planning and preparation, helping with errands including shopping and assisting with appointments (medical in particular) community appointments and events (including volunteer work), assisting with the care of pets and medication management.
Personal care
Incorporates needs identified in ADLs and IADLs, along with additional services, based on individual needs and any program benefits or limitations. A holistic approach includes personal, physical, social, and environmental reviews and may coordinate with and/or supplement others in the plan of care for the individual. The ultimate goal is to assist the client to obtain/maintain the best possible independent, safe and integrated lifestyle for them.
Our Team
Steve Fallert
Steve is a registered nurse with 49 years of experience. He has been privileged to have worked from neonates through the critically ill (infants, children and seniors/adults) and hospice recipients; in critical care, subacute, clinic and home/community based programs.
Scott Cardona
Scott has 20+ years in healthcare, including sales and recruitment on a national basis and healthcare administration/management in in-home and community based services and serves as the prominent liaison to the community.
